Getting stoked for San Fran!
Ran long in Ohio last Saturday, did 5 EZ in Chicago before work on Monday, and did a last bit of speedwork this morning (4×400). Next time I run, I’ll be in San Fran, doing an EZ 2 mile or so the day before the 26.2 mile party through the streets 🙂
